Most every class starts in Shavasana, yoga's relaxation pose.  We do a guided awareness & a breathing practice called ujjayi pranayama, or full yoga breath. Then, a marker pose, either a very simple pose or a more challenging classical pose, that's done at the beginning & the end of the class to notice the effects of spinal opening on your body & your mind.  The spinal opening poses are done between the marker poses, decompressing the spine from tail to top.  Every class ends with another Shavasana and guided awareness. There are themes for each class; Daily Practice, Core Opening, Abdominals, Backbends, Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Neck & Shoulders, Balance & Inversions, Classical Poses, Vinyasa, Seated Poses & Twists.

Join us on Wednesdays from 4-5:30pm & Saturdays from 5-6:30pm for a traditional meditation satsang on Zoom with Gurupremananda (Lynn) Cattafi.  Satsang is Sanskrit for gathering in the company of Truth.  Join us for a deep & generous meditation made easily accessible in this yoga tradition.
